Verified ReviewerWave charges
- - I asked for overdraft waiver with funds in savings.
- - I'm closing accounts and moving to Chase, which would text or call about overdraft settlement.
I simply asked for a wave on insufficient funds, when I had plenty in my savings account. So I am going to close all my accounts and go back to Chase Bank. Where they would text me or call me that I am over drawn and give me the opportunity to go in and settled.
User's recommendation: Make sure that they get all the facts

Verified ReviewerI want to stop payment on the last transaction
- - Tried to cancel a $199 purchase but was told the account would be on hold for investigation, requiring an ATM withdrawal to stop the transaction.
I tried to get the transaction terminated due to the amount of purchase versus the amount of payment was totally different and out of my budget all I wanted to do was canceled $199 purchase in order to do that I was instructed that my account that my account will be placed on hold while they investigate the transaction well unfortunately that wouldn't work for me because I just moved recently and all my money is in my account so this process I would have to go to the ATM pull out money in order for them to just stop a transaction I know that the automated customer service are supposed to make our life easier but it would be nice to talk to a real person.
